Wind’s Embrace

A walk in a January night of 2021 leading me through inhospitable paths protected by the rough darkness so not to be seen, not to be spoken to - a mere dialog with the wind.

The wind vigorously shakes me awake and aware, wakes my senses, tests my hurting bones, challenges my weak stiffness, blows away my aching withdrawal, strokes my crude vulnerability,

… draws my sight into the distance …

sets human existence into proportion, shows me humbleness and gives me strength.
